TO USE

Place entire content of powder into a clean heat proof glass or ceramic bowl, hydrate clay by gradually adding equal part of warm boiled water, constantly stirring till a thick mud like paste has formed. Depending on desired thickness you can add water or any left over powder.

Have a shower prior to applying your mud to moisten your skin. Then to apply it is best to do so in the shower or bath tub or over an old towel as it can get messy. Using your hands or a body brush slather the warm mud all over your body, working problem areas. If you have any cuts or wounds avoid these areas.

Get comfortable and enjoy the decadence this mud has to offer.

Ensure you stay hydrated prior, throughout and after your mud experience by drinking plenty of water.

Leave on for 15-20 minutes or just before the mud starts to dry, then rinse off with tepid to warm water in the shower until the water run clears and the mud is removed.

For best effects on your mud experience you should follow with a warm mineral soak for 15-20 minutes. You can use one of our Crystal Salt Soaks.

TAKE CARE

External use only. Do not use during pregnancy. If you are breastfeeding or have any medical conditions consult your healthcare practitioner first. Patch test prior to use. Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach from children and pets. Avoid water entering pouch. Be careful when using in the bath or shower as the mud may make surfaces slippery. See bottom of pouch for use-by date. Use within 6 months of opening.

Processing time
All items are made in small batches and usually ready to ship, however as we like to make your products as fresh as possible we may need to make a small batch at the time of ordering, this will incur an additional 1-2 prior to your order being shipped.

Europe: 5-15 business days

IMPORTANT: Due to the current situation with COVID-19 both domestic and international shipping may incur delays, please take into account when placing your order. International shipping may take anywhere from 4 -12 weeks, unfortunately this is out of our control and unpredictable at the time of posting your order.
