    Welcome to Kouwi.com’s $50 Gift Card Competition. By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    1. Eligibility: This competition is open to legal residents of Australia who are at least 18 years of age or older. Employees of Kouwi.com and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
    2. Competition Period: The competition starts on 1st January 2023 and ends on 31st December 2023. There will be one winner selected each month during this period.
    3. How to Enter: To enter, participants must visit Kouwi.com and follow the instructions on the competition page. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.
    4. Winner Selection: Each month, one winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email within seven days of the selection. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be chosen.
    5. Prize: The prize for the competition is a $50 gift card to be used on Kouwi.com. The gift card is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
    6. Privacy: By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for the purposes of the competition. Kouwi.com will not sell or disclose any personal information to third parties without the participant’s consent.
    7. General: Kouwi.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. By entering the competition, participants agree to release Kouwi.com from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition or the prize.
    8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the competition shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
