Can I track my orders? Yes. Once signed in, go to “My Orders” in your account dashboard to view real-time updates on all your purchases.

Will I receive email notifications? Absolutely. We’ll send you confirmation emails when your order is placed, dispatched, and delivered so you always know where your order is.

Can I sell on Kouwi? Yes! Simply click “I am a Vendor” on the signup page and follow the prompts to create your store. You’ll be able to add products, manage orders, and start selling to our community right away.
