Shipping Policy

AUSTRALIA
All of our cuppa lovers orders are finalised on Monday.

Roasting on Tuesday/Wednesday and the orders are sent out on Thursday/Friday.

We send all of our orders via a local delivery agent for the Perth region and we use Australia Post for interstate and regional areas. You should expect to receive your order within 2-6 business days. Please note that delivery to more remote regional areas may take a little longer.

A day without your cuppa wouldn't be fun, so if for any reason you have not received your cuppa within 7 business days, please contact us at [email protected] and we will follow it up for you.
SHIPPING COSTS
For all orders, the cost of delivery is:

$14.95 Perth metro and anywhere in the 20km radius.

$29.95 Interstate
