How to Use:
- Prior to use, sterilise your Enema Kit by soaking it in hot water for 20 mins.
- Connect the tube to the enema bag by inserting the bottom nozzle of the bag into one end of the tube. Secure the clamp onto the other end of the tube.
- Fill the enema bag with lukewarm water, adding 15 drops of Alien Tears and/or Onyx Drops (optional). Attach the rectal pipe to the tube. Position the enema bag at an elevated height to facilitate a smooth flow of water.
- Open the clamp to allow any trapped air to escape from the tube.
- Apply a suitable lubricant, such as Black Seed Oil, to the rectal pipe/nozzle.
- Get into a comfortable position (we suggest laying on your left side with your right leg flexed). Gently insert lubricated nozzle into the anus and open the clamp to initiate the flow of water. Try to hold for up to 15 minutes. Once the enema is complete, carefully remove the rectal pipe and release on the toilet. After use, remove the nozzle and clean all components thoroughly with natural soap under warm running water.
Note: If you are new to enemas, you may not be able to hold for 15 mins. Use this as a goal to work up to.
