This time, we carefully selected long-staple cotton as the raw material and made this POLO shirt in a fully knitted way by spinning with a strong twist process. Strong twist yarn is not as soft as ordinary cotton yarn, but has a refreshing texture similar to linen, which is more comfortable and skin-friendly than linen. After many trials and adjustments, adding a certain proportion of Nylon fiber makes the overall drape and abrasion resistance better and not easy to deform. The overall jacquard crochet knitting process, the pattern is very unique, with a hollow effect, cool and breathable, and the texture presented by the strong twist yarn is completely different from other POLO shirts. POLO shirts of different colors are equipped with natural black butterfly and tarob buttons, each of which is hand polished.

• Try to minimize friction with hard objects when you wear it outside, such as rough canvas bags, backpack shoulder straps, sleeves and desktops, back and chairs for a long time to avoid the risk of pilling on the human area.
• We all use anti-pilling cotton yarn, but slight pilling in cotton knitwear is normal.
• This is a characteristic of knitwear. If pilling occurs, it can be removed with an electric ball remover, do not remove it by hand.
• For cleaning and pouring, the clothes can be turned to the reverse pouring machine or hand pouring gently. Do not twist it forcefully.
• After hand washing, you can pinch off the water, do not wring out forcefully.
• Due to the high concentration of the laundry detergent, do not directly contact the stock solution of the laundry detergent. Before use, be sure to fully dissolve and dilute the laundry detergent before putting it on the clothes for washing.
• After washing, it is recommended to squeeze the clothes smoothly and place them in a clothes basket to dry in a cool place. Do not hang them to dry under dripping or very wet conditions to keep the clothes in good condition. Never use a dryer to dry!
• The clothes have been pre-shrunk, and the normal washing shrinkage is negligible.

Can I return an item if I’m not happy with it? Australia Only

Sometimes the shoes just don’t fit. Contact us within 48hrs of receiving your item to discuss your return and we’ll endeavour to provide a full refund of your purchase. For Apparel Items we offer an exchange or refund. Once decided we’ll let you know where to post your item in order for a refund to be processed. Please note we do not provide a refund for sale items only exchange.

Our refund and returns policy window are 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your item has arrived, contact us to discuss your options.
