Change of Mind Return Policy

The products must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Failure to do so may result in the refund being denied.
Refund - The total refund will be less the initial shipping, handling charge, and 5% administration fee paid to send the product.

Please send a photo/video showing the damage in order to review by our team and will respond with further steps/instructions. Damaged items/packages will be collected by the courier company and will be assessed. You will be entitled to a refund or replacement.

Product not as described
